30 May to 3 June: Outdoor Gelderland en Kasteelfair
Landgoed Middachten in De Steeg is the backdrop to Outdoor Gelderland which, among other things, features the Dutch dressage championships. It is also home to the attractive Kasteelfair (Castle Fair).

10 June: Bemmelse Dweildag
Every second Sunday in June Bemmel shakes to its foundations by the sound of 110 wind bands comprising approximately 2000 musicians. The best wind bands from home and abroad come to Bemmel to participate in the Bemmelse Dweildag.

What makes the Rhedense Fiets4daagse (Rheden four-day cycling event) unique is that you can enjoy a different scenery every day. Within four days you will cycle through the IJsselvallei, Liemers- en Montferland, across the Veluwe and the Achterhoek. Each day participants can choose between 30, 50 and 80 km.

The funfair is a tradition in Nijmegen. Ever since the 17th century, the fair has been a source of great excitement for the townspeople. The fair starts on Plein 1944 and ends at the bottom of the Waalkade. In terms of the size of its fair, Nijmegen is a good rival to Tilburg.
